Men's Wellness Warrior

This is The Mind-Body Engine’s men’s group program. Designed for men aged 40+ this 12 week program focuses on our five pillars  of Self-Care, Mindset, Nutrition, Fitness & Accountability.
This online community takes a fun & realistic approach towards teaching your goals.
Limited numbers of like minded men supporting each other to achieve weight loss, improved fitness, health & wellbeing.

LIIT for LADIES with Sarah

This is a low impact online exercise programme for ladies. Workout each morning for 20 minutes live or from recording from the comfort of your own home. Each morning has a theme & they are always varied in structure & content. The idea of the workouts is that you are adding light resistance or body weight to help toning & strengthening but also setting the mood for the day by taking that time out just for you before your day starts.

The themes for the week are as follows: Monday- BodyMax, Tuesday- Barefoot & Balance, Wednesday- Activation Band, Thursday- Crazy Cardio, Friday- Conscious Core & Saturday- Stretch & Mobility.

Ladies Mind-Body Engine membership is a rolling monthly payment of €25 which includes live & recorded classes & weekly check-ins & a monthly Masterclass/Tips around topics of wellbeing.

Prime for Midlife Women

Online Classes
