Lockdown life gave me the chance to think about a few things which led me to Sarah.

To say the least it was gonna be a challenge with exercise restrictions due to injury. This journey was going to need a lot of work, help and encouragement, and that’s exactly what you get from Sarah. Nowhere to hide daily and weekly check ins to keep you motivated and accountable. 12 weeks is coming to an end and it has taught me no matter what ailments you have, meditation, journalling and podcasts are also a huge asset in getting your head right, and with the right head space, food and exercise will follow.  Sarah taught me that and that will carry through with me always.
